Acorn Raises $12.3 Million in a Series A Funding Round
Acorn, an AI-powered performance and learning management platform, has raised $12.3 million USD in a Series A funding round led by Level Equity. The investment will help Acorn accelerate its geographic expansion, enhance product development, and grow its strategic partnerships. Alongside the funding, Acorn launched Capabilities AI, a new software designed to automatically map capabilities frameworks to job descriptions and create personalized career development plans in minutes rather than months. This will give businesses a common language for learning, recruitment, and career mobility.
Algolia Releases the MCP Server
Algolia, an AI-native search and discovery platform, has released its MCP Server, the first component in a broader strategy to support the next generation of AI agents. The offering will enable large language models (LLMs) and autonomous agents to retrieve, reason with, and act on real-time business context from Algolia, safely and at scale. It will also help agents access Algolia’s search, analytics, recommendations, and index configuration APIs through a standards-based, secure runtime, which can turn the solution into a real-time context surface for agents embedded in commerce, service, and productivity experiences.
Aravo Enhances Its Evaluate Engine with New Features
Aravo, a third-party risk management solution powered by intelligent automation, has announced innovations that enhance its Evaluate Engine. The additions will enable customers to extend the scale, scope, and range of their third-party risk scoring to meet their organization’s risk appetite. New and enhanced features to the Evaluate Engine include tools for unmatched risk visibility, granular risk analysis, centralized risk intelligence, and flexible scoring ranges. These updates enhance assessment accuracy, streamline due diligence, and optimize risk and engagement decisions.
Avetta Introduces New Enhancements for the Avetta One Platform
Avetta, a supply chain risk management (SCRM) software, has announced significant enhancements to the safety manual audit capabilities available within its innovative Avetta One platform. The new features will streamline how hiring clients gain visibility and insights about their contractors’ and suppliers’ safety compliance. The new features—Smart Fields and Smart Chat—will make it easier for teams to capture metadata and search for insights across their documents, all with natural language prompts. Orbit Analytics Expands the GL Sense Solution with a New Feature
Orbit Analytics, an AI-powered business intelligence solution provider focused on enterprise ERP environments, has launched an intelligent advancement to GL Sense, one of its key ERP reporting solutions. The new capability leverages Blaze Adaptive Memory to improve reporting efforts by allowing enterprises to access their data natively. Pipefy Launches AI Agents for HR Teams
